My wp-admin is redirecting to https://www.naijamp3express.com.ng/my-account-2/

Please I need help urgently,
I can’t login to my site wp-admin dashboard again,
I Have tried many times to do so but it kept on redirecting to “my-account-2” ,
And the “my-account-2” is telling me
“Oops, that page can’t be found
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Try one of the links below or a search?”
So please i need to solve the problem
