My WP 2 hangs for minutes when posting

    Hey

    I’ve modified my wp 2.0 a few times. Now when I post to the site https://www.boyer-draeby.dk, my admin hangs a minute or more. It saves and publishes, but takes agaes, if ever, to return to admin or my site. I was thinking that my ping settings could have something to do with it ?

    Please help ??
