  • I’m guessing you mean WordPress Dashboard, not Cpanel – because Cpanel is not part of WordPress – it’s part of your webhost/server.

You will need to use FTP or Cpanel (on your hosting) to deactivate your plugins manually by renaming the plugins folder:

    wp-content
       plugins.HOLD

yes it is my wordpress dashboard which is creating problems.

    thanx yogi.

one of my problems has been solved i.e. dashboard freezing up problem. it was plugin all in one seo pack that was creating problem. when i deactivated it all working fine.
but my second problem is still there i.e i am unable to move my widgets up and down or not able to add or delete widgets. Pls also help me in this.

    @wpyogi

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies or try another browser. Also deactivate ALL plugins.

I did it but nothing works.
    Is there any other way?

Please post a link to your site with ALL plugins deactivated and a default theme active.

Yes, plugins and themes can cause that kind of problem. Doing the above is standard troublshooting.

Sir i am unable to understand what you actually want to say. As i am novice in this. So pls can you detail me pls what to do and how to do.

Do you have all plugins deactivated? What is your site URL so I can look at it?

What browser are you using? Try a different browser.

Try switching to an unmodified default theme – try twentythirteen or twentyfourteen. It looks like your theme has been modified.

i have tried all these. bt i try once.

No sir problem is still same…..nothing working…
    no movement in widgets

Try changing to an unmodified default theme – like twentythirteen – with ALL plugins off. I don’t see that on your site.
