My WordPress was just hacked – monzy.com

I have WordPress 2.8.4, and just noticed I was hacked. What i did was add a new post, with a link to a video. I noticed the video wasn’t formatting properly. I viewed source, and to my shock, I saw this in the source code:

I went into my footer file, and deleted it.

How the hell did this happen??

I searched, but found nothing… any ideas?
