My WordPress Site Will Not Load

  • Hello, for some reason my site https://www.lookingforlovesite.com will not load, even though it was working perfectly 2 days ago?

    My hosting company says there are no problems on their end, I deactivated each plug in and they do not seem to be the problem, I tried a couple of different themes, and that did not help.
    Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

  • You can start troubleshooting by deactivating all plugins and deactivating your current theme using FTP access – rename the plugin folder and the folder of your theme –

    When I rename the plugin folder, it tells me that I have no plugins installed.

    Where do I paste the code in order to determone what the potential theme problem is?
