My WordPress Forum won’t let users post.

My WordPress forum plugin by Fredrik Fahlstad. Version: 1.7.8.
Won’t let users post threads/topics…or anything. Is it something I am doing wrong, or the forum itself. I want it to look similar to: https://board.uscho.com/ Is it possible?
None of the above links are virus’s/spyware/spam, etc. All are legit websites.
