My wordpress doesn’t send any emails

Hi,

I have installed and configurated my wordpress website on a server with Eurodns.
In the parameters in the admin section of my wordpress, i have set it up with an @hotmail.com email administrator.
But my website doesn’t send any emails. I have the plugin contact form 7 & woo-commerce but when i do testing, there is NO emails sent from the website.
I have contacted my web hosting service and this is their answer..i don’t understand what I am supposed to do… Any idea?
