I have contact with my host and they said all my SMTP setup are correct.

At first, I was using a plugin named “SB Welcome Email”, this helps to edit the welcome email when I manually add user into my website. But this email always went into junk mail.

Today I decided to figure out the problem but then I found it pretty much every outgoing email from my website “Contact form 7”, and the test email sent by this plugin went into Junk inbox. It wasn’t like this before…

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

(I created a new gmail to test and yes, all of them went into spam mail)

Any help will be really really appreciated!

You will need to “sign” all emails with DKIM/SPF records for your server. Might be a good idea to upgrade the plugin and use some mailers like Gmail/Mailgun/SendGrid which will greatly improve the situation and will eliminate Junk/Spam folder.
