My website plugins unable to get updated

You mean you can’t update your plugins to a newer version or that your content in the front-end is not changing when you update a text / image etc ? If it’s the second maybe there is a cache plugin or even a cache script from your servers admin panel. Make sure to purge ( clear ) all caches and reload your page after making changes.
