My website Mobile Menu Not showing

  • The menu was working in deskop view. But, in Tab and Mobile Preview, when I click the hamburger menu, it opens, but the menu is not showing. why this has happened. its a live e-commerce website. Any suggestions, please. I updated all the plugins that are installed on the website. I am waiting to hear back from you!

    Hi,

    Please try to disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce! I think one of your plugins could cause this issue.

    Is this safe? If I do this, will any problems affect my website? because it is a live e-commerce website. Or let me know step-by-step. I don’t know how to do this.
