My website loads blank page after installing plugins

    I seem to get code like this on the visual [vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content_no_spaces”][vc_column][vc_column_text][rev_slider alias=”home”][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1529931735807{margin-top: 75px !important;}”][vc_column][section_information heading=”Cutting edge Digital Marketing Solutions” align=”align-center”] and on some pages it displays code on the https://www.cloudconnectedtech.com/contact/ .

    I updated the plugins and deleted one plugin WPBakery Page Builder that didn’t update and then seemed to get this problem. Anyone able to help see where the problem lies.?

  • Hi,

    This happened because you have deleted WPBakery plugin and all the short codes displaying on the page is related to WPBakery plugin. Reinstalling that plugin will fix this problem.

    Using developer tools in my browser I found that you are getting a 500 error.
    Do you have debugging turned on? If not please turn debugging on by adding the following code to your wp-config.php file:
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    Once you’ve done that you will look in your root directory, wp-content, wp-content/plugins, wp-content/themes, wp-content/themes/seoplan, and any of the plugin directories under wp-content/plugins for error logs.

    Unfortunately, beyond this though, we do not provide support here in the forums for premium themes. You will need to contact your theme developer for further assistance. You can do that here.
