My website is suspended as my wordpress account ("cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi")

    Hello everybody!

    My website on www.remarpro.com has been suspended this morning with this link “cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi” at the end of its domain name and this message when it redirected “this account has been suspended”…
    I did’nt receive any warnig message before and I don’t know why that happened…
    If anybody can help me and how contacting www.remarpro.com about that?

    No I don’t. My domain name “gamesvids.com” is on OVH and is still activated on it. When I click on “https://www.gamesvids.com/” is pointing now to “https://gamesvids.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi” and the same thing happens when I want to go in the admin panel “www.gamesvids.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php”

    Are you using these name servers
    Name Server: NS24.HOSTANOTHER.COM
    Name Server: NS25.HOSTANOTHER.COM

    that means your hosting is managed by hostanother.com

    So that means your are hosting your domain at hostanother.com so login your hostanother.com account and check is your hostanother.com account is expired?

    How can I proceed now to change the host and use my own host for my WordPress blog?

    If you change your host you will not be able to get your content. Is your hostanother.com account expired?

    The hostanother.com account is certainly the host of the previous owner of this website but not mine.

    So contact that person who owns hostanother.com account where your domain is hosted.

    That is not yours but looks like that is expired or the hosting company closed that account that’s why your wordpress is offline and you are seeing Account Suspended. Also may be hosting company informed to email address which is your hosting account and as that account is not yours so you will not get any mail from hosting company.

    Ok but he doesn’t answer to my emails. Have I any others possibilities eventually?

    No you need to wait if you don’t have hosting accounts password.

    Do you have his site URL can post that here? which is hosted in same hosting account. And if you have a backup of data base then you can change the hosting.

    If I search that I think I can find a backup of data base in my old emails. And no I don’t have his old URL because he installed this site on my own domain name “gamesvids.com”
