• Hello, I have a photography website and I check up on it every once in a while, on the admin panel, etc, etc…
But as of about 2 days ago or so, It’s not literally gone…
Every time I try and go to the website it says “URL can not be found”
But I’m still making payments to Hostgator, so I’m sure I still own the Domain and everything.
I could really use some serious help here… My website is the backbone to my business.

    Thank You, Evan.

I see “Error establishing a database connection” which would suggest that your database may be offline, or your wp-config.php file is incorrect.

If your database connection details in your wp-config.php file are correct, you should contact your hosting provider ASAP.

Thanks for the reply, How do I check to see if my database connection details in my wp-config.php file are correct or not?

Thank you very much for your help, much appreciated.

    Bilonix,

You can log in to HostGator’s cPanel for your site, then look in the MySQL databases section. Your host should be set to localhost, and you should be able to find your database name, database username and possibly your password in the cPanel. HostGator’s tech support people should be able to check this for you, too. Hope that helps!
