My Website is sending out spam

Hi, I have 60 WordPress websites in a Godaddy hosting account. Every day I am only able have contact forms sent via these websites for a short while before this functionality is blocked by the host because they say the daily limit of 1000 relays is reached.
All they can tell me after hours on the phone numerous times is that they can see spam emails being sent from somewhere in my account. They refuse to find out out which website so I can disable it and narrow down my search to fix the problem. $##c$ YOU GODADDY!!!
They will be replaced soon but firstly I need help to find and remove the bad code.

I have used Securi and Wordfence and scanned and removed bad code across all websites. I am told there may be malicious code still left in one or some of the databases. How would I check that? I have downloaded a database as a CSV and opened it with notepad. What do I search for to find what/if something is sending out spam emails? or how can I narrow down my search?
