    1- disabling all the plugins-

2- removing all the cach history from my mobile chrome-

3- changing the network from wireless to normal data.

    4- using different mobiles (Android/iPhone)

5- trying with W3 Total Cache

    6- changed the theme.

7- Remove the mobile version plugin.

the strange thing is that the website is working fine with Apple Safari mobile browser.

    Hi @fahad4design

If you go to Plugins => Must – Use, do you see any mu-plugin? Do you maybe see something that looks like Endurance Cache?

If you already have a real caching plugin like W3 Total Cache, and really have Endurance Cache, I suggest you clear all the cache generated by Endurance Cache and then delete it. You don’t need it if you have a real caching plugin.
If you don’t have it, we will investigate deeper the issue.
I can already tell you that the browser has nothing to do with the issue.
Specific Content For Mobile runs only on the server, which is always the same. It doesn’t load any client script.
You can see a difference only between desktop and mobile browsers, but not between different mobile browsers.
If you see any difference, it’s something related to the cache.

    I hope it helps.

    Best regards

    Jose

Thank you, I disabled the Endurance Cache but still same issue is appearing.
also, i start getting this message :

    ISSUE DETECTED!

Mobile not detected simulating a mobile device.

Read here. It can help to understand what is going on.

    You are welcome @fahad4design

In any case, Endurance Cache must be disabled, in another case it will be impossible having something that works correctly both on mobile and desktop because Endurance Cache doesn’t distinguish between mobile and desktop.
Now let’s try to understand what other layer of cache you have.
For testing purposes I suggest you disable again W3 Total Cache.
Clear the cache of your devices.
If you still have issues, contact your hosting provider and ask if the server provides also page cache. If you have it and it doesn’t serve different cache for mobile, you need to disable it and use only the cache of W3 Total Cache.

After disabling W3 Total Cache, be sure you haven’t any file called advanced-cache.php in the folder wp-content. If you find that file, and W3 Total Cache is deactivated, delete that file.

First, everything has to work without any cache. Then after it’s confirmed that it works, you activate again the cache that distinguishes between mobile and desktop. If you want W3 Total Cache (but you need to set the right settings of W3 Total Cache), or also other plugins.

    Have a great day!

    Jose
