My website is not kept up to date

My website is with WP 4.7.1, I started it from the previous week and it was the most recent version at that time, yesterday I kept uploading new images and new texts, but today I realize that everything I added was deleted by Yes only and the web has been empty, I got the message to update to version 4.7.2 but I have not updated it, maybe that’s why … I would like to help me to recover that.
