Carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Off hand, couple of names that come to mind are Sucuri and Wordfence.

I suggest to re-install your WordPress version, plugins and themes. Also, reset your .htaccess and make sure you update all of your site elements to the latest version available.

Another approach is to ask your hosting provider to restore a backup of your site when it was malware free.

Either way, there is more to be done in order to fully clean a WordPress site and make sure its secure for any future hacking attempts. WordPress Codex guide for a hacked site is a good starting point and will provide you with the details needed in order to recover your site.

If you feel that this is too complicated for you or you don’t have enough time to follow the tutorials then you need to consider hiring malware removal services for WordPress sites.

Try Wordfwnce plugin. It comes with a malware scanner, exploit detection, and threat assessment features. You will be alerted if any signs of a security breach are detected with the instructions to fix them.

I don’t have access to the admin page as well So I am not sure how I can use this plugin.

I also have contacted the surcuri, but they seems very expensive.

Also try Wordfence and see how they compare with Sucuri.

Are you locked out of the admin or is not loading?
