My website is failing to publish anything i try to update

I need help please. My website is failing to publish any updates i make.

I tried to update some Plugins and it says “request forbidden by administrative rule”

I added a Featured image to a page and its not displaying

I tried to publish some edits i made in appearance and widgets and it says “looks like something went wrong please try again in couple of seconds”

Also, i just changed my homepage and nothing is showing on my homepage. Its blank now. I need help please
