my website is down when activating woocommerce

    dear woocommerce team,
    After migrating my website from one hosting service to another, activating the woocommerce plugin makes the website down .. with an error message – “your wordpress website has a critical issue”
    if deactivate the plugin, the website is up again ..
    what should be done to solve this issue??

    Hi @maryamk7 –

    It’s possible something with the plugin files got corrupted when you migrated the site. I would recommend removing the WooCommerce plugin files from wp-content/plugins (or you can delete it from your plugins page) and re-installing WooCommerce.
