My website is down. Help!!

  • Hi!

    I just done with my website because the permalinks and it work again. Then, 4 days ago, i just want to open my website to post something and then….down. –” . I think the server may be down for several hours. but, until now, still down.

    “This page can’t be displayed”

    ?Make sure the web address https://xtunesmusic.ml is correct.
    ?Look for the page with your search engine.
    ?Refresh the page in a few minutes.

    But, i try to check my domain, hosting, it’s work . My other account (same hosting with wordpress installed) seems fine. (i make 2 same website because for personal and public. ?? ). i try to turn off cloudflare (3 days ago) , seems like i’m not lucky. Still same. I don’t know how to do more.   • Your problem is commonly known as the “WordPress White Screen of Death.”

    Seems like the problem is either related to a Theme or a Plugin. See the WordPress Codex here for more.

    Here are some things you can try:

    1. Turn off all your Plugins and see if that helps
    2. Change your Theme to a default WordPress theme that is known to be “good” like TwentyFifteen
    3. Increase your PHP Memory Limit
    4. Enable Debug Mode

    Hi! Thank you for your reply.

    unfortunately, it’s seems doesn’t work. I have done to turn off all my plugins and themes by renaming the folder. (Because i can’t go to admin screen), increase PHP Memory Limit, and Enable debug mode. How i do next ? should i migration to new domain ?
