My website is being attacked

I have a small photo sharing website… But lately my Website is being attacked with random posts with ads…

For Example: https://heartourstyle.com/breathe-air-max-much-easier-with-one-of-these-excellent-symptoms-of-asthma-suggestions/

or

https://heartourstyle.com/searching-for-air-jordan-health-care-insurance-finding-your-insurance-policy/

I want to know why is this happening and how they keep doing it because You cant post at my page if you don’t upload a pic… but they still do it… how can i fix it?
