Hi @univ182
I hope you’re well today!
Does it identify any specific trojan? What’s the name it gives?
These sometimes can be false positives but it’s also possible that it’s some sort of executable file that’s targeted against e.g. Windows or MacOS (or other OS) rather than anything possibly breaking site and/or causing malicious behavior of the browser. Such issue may remain undetected by Defender and other security plugins as they are not exactly “antivirus” type of software (in that same sense as antivirus scanner that you may be running on your computer) – that’s a whole different area of security.
But let us know first what’s the exact danger (including name of that trojan) that is reported by your antivirus scanners. This might help find out what’s happening/what happened/how to deal with it.
As for premium version of the plugin: please note that we cannot discuss and support premium plugins here. Feel free to contact us via our website at wpmudev.com directly and we’ll be happy to answer all your questions about our premium plugins and services there.
