Yes, that is the exact website.

Actually, Google PageSpeed found two google tag manager.*** code in my site. that is confusing me.

This is normal if both Tag Manager and Analytics are connected, with Analytics using a gtag.js to insert a users Analytics snippet.

In relation to the suggestion in PageSpeed Insights here is a guide on how to best use Tag Manager. If there are no tags contained within a Tag Manager property or if a connected Tag Manager account is not published there is an option to remove the tag manager snippet.

The analytics script is for user tracking purpose and doesn’t impact page performance.
