all your directory structure is open for everyone to view.

please edit URL from original message and ask hosting guys to restore from a backup.

If this https://www.susmedicos.com/ is your blog, it is not gone.

wslade, my blog is the one I posted in the original post. susmedicos is the site, not the blog

laliz, Ive asked my hosting but I was hoping I could fix it myself because they arent very helpful at the best of times

im going to edit the opening post now, but without the url how can people help me?

if you can do manual update as mentioned here please do so, else Hosting guys is your best bet

does the manual update delete my previous posts? meaning, have I lost the content I had?

when wordpress is fully installed you dont have to worry about it (may be for uploads folder)

EDIT:- We dont know the status of database , so that’s why recommended to get it restored from Hosting guys.you are missing all php files in your home directory.just noticed you dont have wp-config.php file . you will have to contact hosting guys.
