My website has been hacked. Please help

    My website is https://coafuri-nunti.ro/ and i recently found out that i have a link on the right side under the ads to a sex cams website.

    I can’t see it when i am logged in as admin and i can’t find it in the files either.Is it encrypted somehow?
    Can you please help me?
