• Hello there

My website that’s built by www.remarpro.com had been hacked, when I enter the /admin it says my site had been hacked.

A website designer made my website in 2013 and I wanted to make some changes to my website as I don’t have the contact details of my website designer anymore actually he’s out of business since 3-4 years and I can’t reach him.

I also don’t know my www.remarpro.com username and password as my website guy had them.

So can somebody please show me how to recover access to my Website, I want to update some information on my web site and also remove possible hacked items.

To prove that I’m the owner of the website, the Contact Us page has my email, also I can send a scanned business card where my name and company name are seen.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

As described in this codex, in WordPress, there is more than one way for Rsetting Your Password . Find the one that’s right for you and use that.

I did some of the things described there and it says this account is hacked and hackers name and his message.

Also I can’t enter my site through FTP, probably that’s hacked too.

Regarding writing scripts, mysql etc, I don’t know any of them.

Can somebody help me do those methods and recover my access to my website, I can pay a fee for that.

    Thanks

Sorry, but no one at WordPress or in these forums do those methods or fixes websites. You are responsible for your own self-hosted site.

WordPress is free software and this free, volunteer-staffed forum is the only support resource available via www.remarpro.com. If you would prefer a one-to-one discussion, please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/
(FYI, it’s not a good idea to respond to work offers from random forum users who have read about your issues.)

    Your site has been hacked.

Carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.
