My website crashed

  • Hello Hostplugin,

    I have had some problems with your plugin. 2 weeks ago I downloaded the plugin. After downloading my site was out, and I had to have it made by professionals.

    I used the free version. Now I would like to buy the paid version, but am afraid that when I download the plugin my website will be out again.

    Can you give me any advice?

    It’s hard to troubleshoot the problem without telling us the following information:

    After you download the plugin did you activate it?
    What’s the URL of your website?
    What do you mean by “out”? It takes forever to load the website or you were getting some script error?
