My website blocks all the browsers(already tried the given methods)

  • This plugin is blocking all the browsers even after I tried everything mentioned FAQ section. I even deleted this plugin and it is still blocking….I guess it has change files of my theme or sth. Please, help me out with this.

    This is my website, if it works well, you should see a few lines of Korean like this
    (YESiSURF.com? ?? ??? ?? ????.(2013? 7? ?? ??).

    The very strange thing is it does not block the computers which have accessed this website before.

    Oh..I found out the answer by myself by disabling each plugin. It was having a problem with a plugin called Hypercashe.
