  • One place to start might be the DNS and possibly the server you are on. I imagine that server is the same for both the DNS (which the records look to be broken) and the server seems kind of wonky but that might be the broken DNS records being belched out. Your records look like this report below.

@jnashhawkins both my sever provider and domain provider the DNS is fine there. I have to check somewhere else. so what do you think?

I can’t get a useable DNS record with an A record containing an IP for your web server so I can’t query your server to see if it answers in a stable manner.

So I’m going to have to refer you to someone elsewhere like your web host or a paid developer who might be able to help you.

I don’t think this issue is WordPress related and I have exhausted everything at my disposal here to try to help you.

If this were one of my own sites I’d not move any farther until I had a DNS record that was usable here but I’d also had my server’s IP in hand and would have seen the server respond in some manner.

I’m used to bringing up a WordPress site in twenty-five minutes or so once I have a domain idea. I’d have moved this one around at the first sign of trouble instead of trying to seek answers for a problem outside of my own work to start with. Can’t you try moving things around onto a different system?

@jnashhawkins I believe the cause of the problem is found, which is PHP Zlib extension should be enabled and the weird character in media library’s photo must be deleted. you guys may not have the second problem if you use English only. the server will display weird character if there are some Chinese character in the file or folder name, which will affect the loading.

Secondly, when I disable the PHP Zlib extension, the webpage on the phone garbled immediately, that is why I am so sure.

Interestingly your DNS passed the tests now also.
