my webiste does not link in with theme

  • Dear Guys I need some some help.

    I wanted to remove the register link from side bar and found the below code to type in.

    add_action( ‘login_head’, ‘hide_login_nav’ );

    function hide_login_nav()
    {
    ?><style>#nav{display:none}</style><?php
    }

    After applying this in themes function, I cannot see my website, I can seem my dashboard and do all the admin and config stuff, but cannot see my website.
    Please can you help me?

    – try removing this code from that file. Edit it via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application provided by your hosting provider (cPanel…).

    – or, replace this modified file with the backup of the original – one before you added the code.

    – or, hpload a fresh one from the fresh download of your theme.

    I have now made theme twenty thirteen active – i can now see my webiste, but if I go back to omega, I cannot see anything.

    I think the problem is with the omega theme????

    Yes.

    Unless you can fix the broken theme, find a new one.

    Theres more issues,

    I cannot get to my /wp-admin

    I did not go down the ftp root either

    the reply I get when I go to my website is : –

    Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /homepages/23/d472433072/htdocs/wp-content/themes/mont-blanc/framework/customizer.php on line 516
