My web site links refers to previous old stage of my website

I had changing WP directory problem, results that the links in the menu
refer to an old stage of my web site.!!
I have two installations of WP on the same hosting root.!
one on root: / and the other one on the subdirectory: /wp

here is the .htaccess file in the root directory: /
