My web address is loading a white page?

  • I’ve notice every so often that my site doesn’t load and its going to a blank white page. No error or anything.

    I’m new to WordPress and having my own domain. Would this be server related? As you can probably tell I’m not awesome with this stuff and I’m really confused.

    It doesnt do it all the time just randomly and I’m fairly certain its effecting my page views ect, (I’ve noticed a massive drop over the past few weeks, I expected some since moving but not this much)

    Help please!

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
