My Videos aren’t displaying

    Hi!

    I try to add a video to my articles, but this time I noticed that it is just completely black. And you can’t watch it, either. And the problem is Presto Player. Since it works without it.

    Would like you guys to take a look at this.

    I have the same issue. I went to the directions on https://prestoplayer.com/docs/video-player-not-showing/, disabled the settings, disable all plugins except for Presto Player, and it still does not display the url which I can view on a separate tab.

    Here is the code displayed in Inspect. It appears SCRIPTS are removed in forum posts.

    Hello @lukedouglas

    Even when we add the Vimeo link you shared to the default video block of WordPress, it still displays as black and does not play the video. This indicates that the issue is not specific to Presto Player.

    To further troubleshoot this problem, could you please confirm if the Vimeo video link you’re using has any settings that might restrict access to the video to be displayed and played on external platforms?

    Also, please try this sample video(https://vimeo.com/449787858) from Vimeo with Presto Payer and let us know if you are experiencing the same issue.
