My Users List is not showing in Admin panel

  • I have 36 users, most of them are Contributors.
    5 are Administrators.
    However, when I click on All to see the list, I see only 1 contributor that post something recently.

    Curiously I am still able to login but I don’t see my own profile.

    The panel says “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” But I don’t even know where this email should be.

    What am I doing wrong? Looking for help from experts ??

  • If you have server access you can check the wp_users table. There ID 1 is Administrator. Carefully check all users and if you find any suspicious delete the entry from the table.

    Replace the WordPress core from panel/hosting/server
    Updated themes and plugins.

    Hopefully, your problem will be solved.
