my users cant access their dashboard

    Hi
    I have a problem with my users dashboard . the problem is that they cant access their dashboard . of course they can log in and comment & etc but any thing that needs dashboard is not working for them .
    as soon as they click to new post or … they redirect to their profile .
    for example by typeing this address :
    https://Yorblogname.com/WP-Admin/
    thay redirect to
    https://YPN.com/login/?action=profile/
    plz any one who knows whats wrong with my blog , help me .

  • Are you using some login or profile plugin that may be overriding the default wp-admin?

    no . just default WP settings.
    by the way . my problem is solved by adding some new role using “user role editor “
    but yet predefined user roles not working.
    any ideas whats exactly wrong with my wordpress blog ? since Ajax part of my blog is completely turned off and not working , like online chat or ajaxed commenting . can it have some connection with my first problem ?

    You should deactivate all plugins and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, then you should reactivate them one by one to see which plugin is actually causing the issue. If it is not a plugin.
