My Users are not receiving confirmation email while register

  • Hello,

    I recently installed WordPress for the first time and I like it. I am planning on using it for my site; however I am running into some troubles.
    1. I don’t know which are the files I need to modify to translate word press into my language Albanian.
    2. My users are not receiving any email confirmation anytime they try to register.
