[NSFW] My users are getting blocked

Please post a screenshot or the firewall log (NinjaFirewall > Logs).

I ffigured out how to solve it but what would cause the firewall to make things not load right on my site for the users but not for me as administrator

Try to access the page as a user, then log in to WordPress as an admin, go to “NinjaFirewall > Logs” and paste here the last 10 lines of the log. That should tell us why you have that problem.

I did and there’s no log. But if I activate the plugin that happens every time

If there’s nothing in the log, it could be due to an “HTTP response headers” policy that you may have enabled. Such policies are blocked by the user’s browser, not the firewall.
Go to “Firewall Policies”, click the “Advanced Policies”, take a screenshot of the “HTTP response headers” section and upload it somewhere so that I can review it.
