My URLs look like this… (dynamic?)

I’ve set the permalinks for my website, but URLs keep looking more or less like this:
https://rb.waw.pl/category/sport/#.UafhHUC-3mF
The last part changes every time the page is displayed. Is that a dynamic URL? Anyone knows how to get rid of it?
