my Twitter "tweets" have been disabled on WP blog

My twitter feed has been disabled on the wordpress blog for some weeks now.
I have posted this issue previously without successful follow up.

I did attempt to resolve this with no success via my twitter account and following the instructions to create a new API (?) and copying the id# into my edit pane on wordpress as a surface user Im certain there was operator error, if anyone could assist with this process that would be greatly appreciated.

It is a .com and a .org blog as the two are mapped to one another.
