    Yeah I don’t know what’s going over at the translations department, the way it’s all set up over there makes my head spin (very confusing).

    So until I can find a few extra days to figure it all out, it’s easiest just to add your translation files to the directory:

    /wp-content/languages/plugins/

    Then name the files simple-ajax-chat-(language), for example:

    simple-ajax-chat-nl_NL.mo
    simple-ajax-chat-nl_NL.po

    Of course, change nl_NL to the correct extension for your language.

    Hey Jeff,

    thanks for the reply. I have uploaded both files to the location, but nothing changed. Do I have to restart the server or something?

    Hey 36it,

    Not sure, as mentioned I’m not an expert in translations by any stretch. The steps I mention previously are known to work on default WordPress setup. If it were me, I would consult the official WP docs and other tutorials online.
