my tinyMCE editor is rubbish and I've tried everything…

Hi, I have the Woo Themes Canvas template installed. I have tried toggling back to the full complement of buttons (which I have never seen on this site) and I have tried to installing the advanced tinymce plugin. Pls see link to image of what my editor looks like.

I have many other sites and all is well – the standard tinymce editor appears with no problem.
