My Timer is off one Hour

It’s because of your timezone is currently in daylight saving time
So your standard time should one hour adjust.
You see this in admin >> general setting >> timezone ( https://prnt.sc/kvo67h )

But California is in Daylight Savings time until November 4 and I selected Los Angeles?

Are you saying I should use the off set to make up for the one hour?
