I have many users now that will select a ticket and then click Your cart is Updated. Go to Cart And when they do the cart is empty I had one member using Firefox and had to change to Chrome and then would get the cart with 1 in it. Also have members using Chrome having the same problem I log in as them and have no problem and select their cart and it is OK and then have to purchase for them and they get the billing info.

I use my tickets for a photography club and it is setup as a zero cost to reserve a spot only and no money is charged for the events

Any Idea as to why some members can not finish the process

    TIA

I can’t seem to replicate this using Chrome on Windows. Is it also specific to OS? Perhaps Chrome on Android, Chrome on MacOS, etc?

When you say you turned off ‘member access’, does that mean that normally your users are logged into WordPress when reserving their place, or is that blocked by some method other than WordPress login?

They have to be logged in to even see the page , What I found was if I log in as them I select a ticket and the yellow line shows up to go to cart. If I select it the cart is empty But if I select the add the ticket again then select the go to cart it is there. Seems they have to select a ticket twice then go to cart.
I wonder if they have cookies turn off and the first time they click it it does know they selected a ticket, thus having to select add to cart again.

For logged-in members, the cart isn’t dependent on cookies; it uses the database to keep track of the user’s carts; so it’s not directly a cookie problem.

I’m wondering if the cookie set before they log-in is being used on the first cart load somehow. It shouldn’t be, but that’s something I can explore, at least.

Ok sounds good . I can still use it the way it is I just have to let people know to select the ticket twice if they have a problem

Same here. The plugin is unreliable in that way.

    Even when caching is disabled.
