My Ticket and Browsers

I have many users now that will select a ticket and then click Your cart is Updated. Go to Cart And when they do the cart is empty I had one member using Firefox and had to change to Chrome and then would get the cart with 1 in it. Also have members using Chrome having the same problem I log in as them and have no problem and select their cart and it is OK and then have to purchase for them and they get the billing info.
I use my tickets for a photography club and it is setup as a zero cost to reserve a spot only and no money is charged for the events
Any Idea as to why some members can not finish the process
