My theme's setting panel isn't working !

    I have a little problem with a theme I downloaded ( https://themify.me/themes/koi ) . It’s alright and I like it, but the only problem that all the features in the themes aren’t working !
    For example, I cannot change the title’s color or upload a picture. It takes so much time to load and nothing happen ??

    What is the problem? I re-upload it more than once and still having the same problem every time. Help me please.
