Will chmod’ing the files in the theme directory to 644 fix my problem?

Chmod 644 like in this image of mine:

Ok, now i chmod’d all files in the folder to 644, and chmod’d the theme folder to 755.

Ok, now I am confused!!! I deactivated all my plugins and downlaoded a fresh template from www.remarpro.com, and still i dosent work!!! Can someone download my template and test it for a day or two? Download URL on the first page!

Ok, now i installed a fresh wordpress and activated my theme, let’s see if it works now…
