My theme settings are not always saved and i am not able to upload other themes

  • Good day. My wordpress blog naijapremium.com.ng I uploaded a theme and anytime i try to set the theme, it does not always save. And another thing is that if i want to upload a new theme, I always get the error message of error without even browsing out the theme, and i should visit support forum.

    Sorry to hear you’re having to experience that.

    Have you tried deactivating all your plugins to see if there could be conflict there? Does it happen if you use a different browser?

    What steps have you taken to try and resolve this?
