My theme only allows 3 menus. I need additional.

My theme only allows 3 menus. I need additional menus in places where my theme (Couponpress. 3.9.1) does not support. I have looked at the support documentation but I still can’t understand how to do it. Can someone please tell me if It can be done and how? I have no real computer experience I’m all trial and error. I can get it if someone can tell me exactly step by step.
