My theme failed to update

    Hi,
    While we tried to update our theme to the latest version this error message appears.
    “An error occurred while updating YITH Proteo: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. languages/functions.php”

    Can you suggest me what to do?

    hello there,
    maybe something with your connection.
    Anyway inside the languages folder there is no functions.php file.
    What I can suggest you is to manually download the theme and upload the files in /wp-content/themes/yith-proteo/ overwriting all files
