my theme doesn't reconize the language code

my theme Lawyeria Lite does not reconize the language shortcode ( ex. [:it] or [:en] so is impossible for me translate the homepage content ( title, deafult text , slide … ) .
Is the first time that happens to me…
What can i do ?
