My template cannot be seen on the screen

Hi,

I have updated a new template on wordpress for this site, jennysworkshop.com, but it doesn’t show up! I hired someone to work on this site before and he put a short message on this web page and didn’t do anything about it. So I decided to take over but the screen got locked up. He cannot be reached anymore and my web server cannot do anything about it except to suggest me remove my domain from this wordpress and build another one. Is this possible? How do I do that?
